It's been a couple of days...

I'm baaaaaaaaaaaaaack!

If anyone noticed, I have been gone for the past 5 weeks in Vietnam.

Story why I didn't say my See Ya Laters, e-Buddies:

My original flight was scheduled for July 25th. Reason I was traveling was to visit my uncle, who hasn't been doing so well. Well, plans all changed when we got a call from VN on the the night of the 20th letting us know that he passed. We ended up changing our flights to the 21st..and there ya have it (in short). How was the trip? A whirl. Since we're Buddhist, the funeral wasn't like what I expected; not the one day burial thing slash ceremony and we're done. To keep details minimal since it'd be like 100 pages, about 3 weeks of my stay consist of going to temples, doing services, and having monks at our home. Oh, I also got a rash on my right shoulder to my center back for about 2.5 weeks, and for 3 weeks I was coughing uncontrollably. Oh, what great fun.

I'll post some pics of the happy stuff sometime next week.
Oh yeah, remember how I was wanting to get like a point and shoot camera for my trip? I ended up being so indecisive on such late notice that I purchased another digi. cam instead..it's a Sony Cybershot 7.2. It's the cuteness. =)

I've been back for two days and jetlag has been my best enemy. Slept until 5pm today..only because my dad lectured me on sleeping too much.

What the hell has been happenin' here? Anything exciting? Anything hilarious? Anything shitty x 2 ? Any new car parts!?

Too tired. I'm gonna finish up the convo. with the first oober cool person to IM since I've been home!

zzzzz.

Thank ya, thank ya. It's good to be back. However, it feels like it's taking an eternity to catch up! Impressive for having a good 15 regulars. I kid, I kiiid.

Darin, you really have an echo!?

Steven, why on earth would you wonder where I was? I told you I was going to Vietnam, dork.

I wasn't wondering. Darin (or someone) commented on your leave and I set them straight.
