Hesitation/stumbling At Take Off

I have started to have some hesitation from starting off on a 1990 Accord...I am thinking perhaps the EGR Valve is at fault as soon as the car heats up it starts hesitation/stumbling from a dead stop. Has anyone else had this type of symptom?

I replaced: SPARK PLUGS, WIRES, CAP & ROTOR, FUEL FILTER, ADDED FUEL INJECTION CLEANER..SYMPTOM STILL THERE

Bill
