Push button

Ok can anyone help me figure out which wire is my starter wire??? i got the ignited push button starter and the wiring is pretty basic...only problem is that i dont know which is the starte button...i've seen the online How-To's and it says the thick black/white wire, but that didnt work for me...can anyone help me please?? btw, its for a 1995 civic ex if that matters...

man ya gotta post stuff like this over in security, ANY WIRING stuff i got your answer ;D

on the ignition harness (take off the plastic cover under the steering wheel and it's behind some like black vinyl the wire is black with a white stripe)

thanks a lot for the wireing diagram...but after connecting all the wires, the button still wont work...i've doublechecked everything and nothing...i mean the light turns on, but thats about it...anyone else have any advise??

hmmm, recheck the wiring again. i know how much of a hassle it is do0d. ive installed stuff, wired everything up, wouldnt work, then just redid ALL the wiring and for some reason that seemed to fix it. worth a try i guess..... :o

yea i'll re-wire everything in a lil bit...cus i know if i do it now, i mean get soo frustrated i start swinging my bat

i dont think swingin a bat would help
but good luck with rewiring! i suggest listening to some good music while wiring......it helps calm you

yo, one wire goes from 12v and the other wire goes to your starter wire. Are you sure the wires are connected properly? Do you have the wires backwards? If you need more help explain to me the directionjs and i'll tell ya exactly what to do, but a starter switch is only 1 wires
