Just to make a new post, how many of you all have a rattling interior door panel? What have you done to fix it?
I shoved a bunch of foam in mine, to push the panel toward the inside, but it still doesnt help.
Im going to try the expanding foam spray next

mine rattles as well but i think it may be the crossover for my speakers.

careful with great stuff(that expanding foam stuff) it can spiral the project into an out of control mess

I've used plenty of cans of Great Stuff. It's "Great" at quieting down the cabin from outside noise, but that rattling sounds like a bigger problem.

Try some generic dynomat stuff (cuz the name brand is a ripoff) to get rid of the resonance. Then make sure your handle and lock rods still have that stock padding around them. Also make sure none of the wire harness retaining clips are broken.

No, its not from sound, it just does it because something is loose. Dynomat wont do it because its on on the frame, just the door panel.
Its not the rods, the lock, the hinges, harnesses, its the plastic panel - 100% sure...just cant find where on it

make sure all the plastic clips are securely holding on the door panel, thats all I can think of

Well, its not on the outside edges, its close to the armrest/material change area...near the handle and stuff.

there are screws that hold that paticular part in to keep you from ripping off the panel when you close the door, I would use that foam stuff too, but I wouldnt go crazy with it
