My RPM revs up & down!!94 Accord

I have a 94 Accord Ex with a 96 engine and I have been having a problem with the engines RPM going up and down I tried cleaning the Throttle body and the fast idle thermo (FIT) I've changed my idle air control (IAC),Intake air temperture (IAT) now I have come to a dead end, has any body had this problem before that can give me some advice. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED

THANK U

with everything you've already done, I'd think its a vacuum leak.

temp gasket is on the left side of the engine block to the rear, it's very close to ur inlet to ur throttle body, follow ur outlet pipe thats from ur radiator to it...that's what i did, took me a while to install, well like an hour, cause i could unscrew the lower bold without taking some parts off....if u still need help i'll take a pic for ya....peace
