ive seen platimun and iridium spark plugs? which are better? what kinda of difference does it make either way? thanks

Iridium plugs are the highest end plugs sold, they have a super small electrode and produce the best spark. They are also the most expensive. Most people run platinums, they are good plugs, but they foul out faster then reg. plugs. they also produce a better spark, which in turn combusts the fuel better...Creating more power. however you will not really notice a difference just doing plugs, but it is something that is cheap and easy to upgrade.
