If I drop my civic 1.75 inches with 18" inch rims with a +45 offset will they rub the fender?

offset refers to the position of the wheel as it mounts on the hub. a positive offset (+) will position the wheel going inwards to the car. based on my experience, 5th and 6th gen civics require higher than a +38mm offset to in order for the wheel not to rub.

fenders, in this case is the outer edge of the tirewell.
