Greddy Profec B or APex AVCR??

I wanted to know which EVC u guys prefer. The Greddy Profec B or the Apex Avcr. The greddy one cost $300 and the Apex AVCR costs $400. I want to know if that extra hundred is worth it. I want to your opionions, comments or whatevers. Thanks...

Get the Profec, the Apexi has so much crap on it that its complicated. The Profec is simple, half the price, and it does the job well.

Profec is much simpler than an AVC-R, and cheaper, but there's a reason why. The AVC-R is a far more detailed and feature filled unit allowing you to do things with it that the Profec doesn't do. Hell, you even get (to a small extent) data logging with the AVC-R. Real-time 2D mapping, boost per gear, self-learning, individual uder-definable soleniod duty settings (up to 8), ability to monitor up to 4 data channels at once from a selection of 6 items... trust me, there's a GOOD reason why the AVC-R is as much at it is. If you have the paitence for it, I'd go with the AVC-R no doubt. Yes it's a pain in the ass sometimes and *** knows I've reset mine like 10 times just to start over, but it's a badass EBC!

I heard from a bunch of people that the apexi is really hard to figure out. The greddy sucks also..mine broke in 2 months of use. Ive heard good things from other people that own it though. HKS makes an awesome one I hear.

You can also make one for $5 if you want. Just drive on down to your local hardware store. That's what I did. I like it!

haha,

good luck,

i've done a few research on these EVC's. i came to a conclusion that the GReddy profecB is the best one due to its simplicity. my 2 cents.........i think i will stick to an MBC until my internals are somewhat stronger...........
