either to build the little d15b...or swap it out for a b18c, sell the turbo kit, replacing it with a larger one

If I were you, Id sell the ported y8 head and buy a z6 head that I would give the same treatment (port/polish) because the z6 head flows better than the y8.
Plus, the y8 head is obd2 and youd have to mess around with rewiring the dist and Im even sure the vtec solenoids are different.

If you are seriously looking to beat v8's youre going to, at the very least, build the engine (sleeve it for lots of boost) and have a decent-large turbo pushing the power. The greddy kit you have is alright for moderate power but the turbo itself is the limitation and will run out of air before you can really make use of it, in your plans.

unless you have a built D series, it's going to be very hard to smoke V8's (well newer ones anway). A stock B series with good boost and tuning will do just fine. Or if you want to build that and have some real power.

I dont know fellas. i've whooped a couple of GT's ass a few times with my stock D16Y8 10 psi... but then again, that might be the reason why my shit starting acting up :o. As a matter of fact, my last kill was a black GT stock. 3 weeks later, I found a hole on #4 piston.

So for you guys who wants to take on a few V8 cars, dont be like me. Build your stuff right and get a decent management. My friend who has a built D16Y7 mini-me have spanked numerous V8's. He even kept up with a modified SS Camaro at one point. he was running 18 psi at the time.

Too many variables for that, and this is not an e-racing forum.
The engine would produce roughly 140hp at the crank and 127ft/lbs.
With a decent turbo setup and good tuning 250whp is relatively easy to obtain with the ls, and 300 isnt too far off.

e-racing is like
"how fast will I be?" "can I beat this car" "how much power will I have"
That kind of junk.

oh E racing...

Dude in all honesty...if your concerned with beating V8's. Build an engine up properly (Sleeves, pistons, etc....) Run a lot of boost...and a good Fuel management...and you'll be good. Otherwise..most V8's will destroy a stock civic.

Another good idea before you actually buy and build...read up on your "shit" and not just go on forums to ask those "e racing" questions.

Unless you want to get ripped off my me, I'll have my boyfriend build you a motor and charge you up the ass for it. I'd be willing to do that, PM me.
