H4 or 9003 for the Headlight...just in case you wanted to know, here are all the other lights for a Civic of that Generation.
 Parking light Part number = 3496 Front turn signal Part number = 3496 Rear turn signal Part number = 7440 Tail light Part number = 168 Stop light Part number = 7443 High mount stop light Part number = 7440 License plate Part number = 168 Back up light Part number = 7440 Front sidemarker Part number = 3496 Rear sidemarker Part number = 168  |

if you got projector lamps you should have amber parking lights that is unless you want a fix-it-ticket
