Egr

I have a 1990 Honda Accord with 100,000 miles. It runs 100% until it warms up. Once warm, it stumbles until the rpm get over 2500.
I DISCONNECTED the EGR valve and it runs 100%, only problem is the Check Engine light comes on. I have replaced the EGR valve and the problem is still there??
Any suggestions? Has anyone had a similar problem?

EGR Follow up

It is pulling a code 12, which is EGR.
When the EGR Valve is unplugged it runs great.....
I took the valve out an examined it..it appeared to be in good shape and the flange was moving. Can they still be bad?
