Question
If I decided to lower my car about 2 inches now..then later in the future, I'll get some 17 inch rims, Will i have to lower/raise the car again??

No, aftermarket wheels will be larger diameter, and in turn, you'll use lower profile tires, making the overall diameter of the wheel/tire combo approx. the same as stock.

the sidewall of the tire is small like 1-2"

Ok I think I get it now..the lowprofile tires is gonna make up for the larger wheels space...?
