whats going on?!

alright...whats going on?

My IE explorer is really screwed up...whenever a new window opens it does so minimized! I have to go down and r/c and maximize it just to see the thing (not restore...maximize)

I didnt go around and change anything...its just acting weird...

I've tried restarting...no good. Everyonce in a while it wont do that and windows open like normal...but for the most part its this minimized crap...

HELP!!!! Its driving me crazy!
