New Car Options!

I'm going to say I got a $4K budget. I believe I'm going to still buy a Honda. Now we got our Accords, Preludes, and Civics. I know that I'll be willing to drive for my new car as there is none around here. So either I'll find one on Ebay or AutoTrader. What years would I be looking for to make the most of my money. What year Preludes and Accords along with Civics could I build on. Powerwise what years are stronger....I never knew that the older Preludes 92-94 body style were somewhat similar to now. Kinda interested in one. Can someone just throw out some ideas and options to me. It's kinda hard going from a 2K Civic to diggin one outta the old garage lol or so to speak.
Tks

do you have 4k to spend on just the car or the car and anything else you want to do right away
imo..get a crx or a 92 hatch/coupe if you can find one

i think it will be harder to find a 92+ prelude for just 4k though

yeah it would be kinda hard to find a prelude in good condition for juss 4k's...umm I would personally go with a 92-95 hatchback...You can do a lot to them and they aren't exactly expensive either so you should have some money left over for some mods if you look hard enuff...

I'd look for a decent CRX, around $1500 - $2000 and then dump 2 g's into the motor

definetly, or a 92-95 hatchback, you have engine swap options and both have lots of aftermarket support
