What do I need for Ignition?
so far...my 97 Accord LX is equipped with:
Injen Short Ram Intake with Cold Air Extension. DC Sports 4-2-1 Header AEM Underdrive Pulleys Greddy Evo 2 Catback The acceleration is still kinda weak when going up hills and getting to higher speed. So I guess I need better ignition? If so...what exactly do I need to buy for ignition...for my LX. Right now I have stock distributor..stock wire..stock NGK plug. Will the MSD 6A and Blaster 2 coil work for my LX? cuz so far its only available for the EX, i think. Is there anything else I should buy for ignition to get better acceleration time..better gas milage..more hp...more power?... |

well i had a msd 6a with the blaster 3 coil on the accord. i liked it a lot, and it made for a better throttle response and better idle. other than that the power gains weren't too much.
