Help Please

Just slid my 2003 accord into a guardrail. First snow of the season and as i was turing into a snowcovered turn at about 8 mph hit toward the front passenger tire. a slight scratch but the steering is really screwed up..steering wheel not centered when the wheels are straight and it jumps to the left and right..too late and dark tonight to get under it...hope it's not serious (expensive)
