Couple of problems 1st Code 23 knocksensor hooked up wired right, Code 17 VSS speedomoter its works fine and tech wont come in cause of these codes 90 civic Si wired right

Perhaps the knock sensor is faulty - have you checked it with a multimeter? Using shielded wire? Wire continuity w/ ecu? Cleaned the threads (sensor is self-grounded to the block)? Torqued correctly?

A lot of VSS issues are actually from a bad connection - clean the connector w/ brake/carb cleaner, throw on some dielectric grease, and go from there.
If it still gives you trouble, I suggest testing a different vss, and then wiring after that.
