H22A power levels

OK, since I figure it is more cost effective to keep the Accord and do a H22 motor swap than look for a newer car, I am wondering what kind of power can be had, reliably, with a JDM H22 swap? I know the stock power level is around 200hp, right? What can be gained with a slight bore, new rotating assembly, cams, and header? What would it take to put me at or around 250hp on the motor alone?

Secondly, how much reliably horsepower can I get from an H22 with a turbo setup? I would do at least new pistons prior to the install and maybe new valves in the head. Could I get 250-275 reliable horsepower with a trubo H22 in an Accord?

Lastly, what parts can I add to the car now that I can reuse with the H22 swap? Cat-back exhaust? Anything else? I know that a header and CAI would not be able to be used on the H22. Anything else?

Thanks for your time.
