Ebay has really irresistable deals on subwoofers and amps. What is the deal with this how can they afford to be so much less? Is it bullshit, even with the very high seller ratings? I would prefer experience over opinions.

in my experience, if the price is too good to be true, its prolly stolen or broken or a scam.

stuff on ebay is usually used, and sometimes its just stores trying to get rid of their old merchandise.

i shop on ebay all the time... just look around.... READ THE DESCRIPTION!!! every last bit so you don't get scammed... check the pics make sure it's of the actual product... look around... check their feedback and everything... if you shop smart you'll end up with good stuff and wont' be ripped off

^^ If you know what you're getting then you won't run into any problems. I bought 2 Infinity 10", the green ones. Paid like $120 shipped. Best deal ever.

If you're just looking around and you see one of those 2 12"s in a BP box for like $60 bucks.... sounds good. In actuallity you're buying a box with two really crappy woofers. The woofers will bump at like 50-100 watts each but if you put any real power into them you'll blow them. Those woofers are like worth about $5-$15 bucks each.

Point being, Just know what you're buying.

generally, if the seller has a higher rating, its ok to buy
the rating means that theyve been around for awhile and probably not going anywhere either...so if they sell you shit, they would take it back for a refund or exchange
