IT WAS RIGHT UNDER HIS NOSE AND HE BLEW IT !!!!!

Seriously though 7k for 200 hp (at the wheel) Civic is a BIT much.
You figure he paid 17K for the Car plus the turbo.. that's 24k

Not a good value IMO
