depends on a variety of things. Does the AC and heat work? How "minor" are the dings and dents? How bad is the interior? How many miles on the car and how many on the motor?

Are you buying or selling? If you're buying, consider that a dealer would pay *way* below book for this car - mods are an indication to most buyers that a car has been abused and significantly modded cars are tough to move. Run book for a '94 hatch with low miles and honest condition, and offer 20% below that.

i'm thinking of selling it, the enigine has about 50k miles on it, the car 140k, engine is pretty much perfect, i've only raced it about 8 times. (8/8 hehe) dinks and dents are almost next to nothingthe can all probably be taken out with that dink king.

difficult to re-sell. people buying used from a dealer - it's easy for a salesman to get them to look at a few cars in their price range, and stock civic usually do very well. however, put a modded car (or any indication of misuse or non-conventional work) in the group, and most buyers won't consider it. hence, they stay on the lot longer than stock cars, costing the dealer money. when dealers can't sell a car, they're willing to lower the price and it lowers the resale across the market.

I would think if you have a nice ride and it's been nicely kept and clean under the hood etc then I woudl think that like 4500-5000 would be a good range but w/out really seeing the car knowing w/ the blue book is etc that would be my personal guess..
