if you look at the raceweight you can see thats my car im talking about lol... thats about the right specs.... albeit the torque is prolly a hella lot more, if not at the wheels lol
i put that up because i get stupid ass people on my site telling me they got a crx with a B18 140hp ls tegra motor that can smoke me with just intake and stock exhaust albeit the routing required. LAST TIME I CHECKED 140hp and about 2300lbs raceweight DOES NOT = low 14's thank you drive through

Well I got some problems with your list...first I didnt laugh at any of them...and before you say it I am not rice.
I do have a spoiler (Si) and it has a brake light, I also have a deck brake light I use yellow/amber bulbs on my clear corners and Si tails to be legal I fail to see the problem with running 10lbs of boost occasionally, for FUN The Del Sol DOHC VTEC is classified as a sports car Apexi makes a turbo kit for Hyundai Tiburon...I think you should look into the car...pretty impressive for a Hyundai One can safely run a turbo up to a certain PSI w/o upgrading internals as long as the engine is in good shape ive seen lots of calvin peeing on stickers on lots of different cars...how is that make someone a ricer?? (im not defending but confused) I wear a visor you listed several things more than once Go ahead and say i must be a ricer...I know Im not |

some funny, alot where VERY closed mind comments though. i know you didnt write them, most of them are older than the internet.
i particulary found the 3 or 4 f-bodies ahead of the nsx funny. it would be great to think a f-body could outhandle a mid engine rear drive car designed for track racing. oh.. i saw that the lotus esptie TT v8 only did a low 13 second pass in one of your pages(i wana say second to last) lotuses handle like none other. the high(relitivly to super cars) time disnt supprise me. good luck with the stang. should be a fast strait line car. post times whenever you can

a compliment, i could always use some of those, lol. thanks. since have been gathering information as to why my times SUCKED ASS previously, i can safely assume that the heads and cam tuned by pruven performance on the dyno will net me some 11 second passes with my slicks.... i mean i should have gone 12's already but i found my engine setup lost about 30+ horsepower through mismatched parts via mustang proffesionals
im coming for you ls1's just you wait

bastard mustang + turning aggresively = :o actually i wouldnt be suprised if i could pull some serious skidpad numbers, its also got a whole different k-member up front with new sway bar+ links, and control arms out back, with z=rated tires it handles pretty freaking well, cept the shocks are for drag racing and kill the whole weight transfer thing and etc so i can really GET ON IT around turns, if i had a choice id trade my car for a beamer 330ci.. (then sell it and buy it back, MUHAHHAHAAA)

I didn't really find any of them funny...I have none of those on the list, nor do I intend on doing any of them.
But anyways, I have a 98 Civic the realization comes to me that my car will never be as fast a preformance American car (duh), but I do realize that I don't care about 1/4 times. My intention is to make my car overall better. I prefer to do a route with others compared to going in a straight line. But whatever. |

oh ok, well i didnt need the comments then cause i just copied and pasted them, lol, if it bugs people ill take em off, as of right now im too lazy and thought some people would like a laugh, course a bunch of people take it seriously (no fingers lol). here i actually made one up..... YOU MIGHT BE A RICER IF..... YOU SHOOT A 100 SHOT AND YOUR FLOORBOARD FALLS OFF FOR NO APPARENT REASON, or if you blow the welds on your intake manifold, or if you dont double clutch (like you should in a modern day SYNCHRONIZED TRANSMISSION GODDAMNIT!)

Thanks, sorry haha I just didn't find it funny. The reason probably is because it was so broad and general so some of them apply to people that can apply to a lot of other areas. Nice time btw. |

you have NOS on your windsheild, but not on your engine If you've ever contemplated adding "TYPE-R" stickers to your Sonata…< This is something that I would like to do to my Neon. Because it's funny. *You have to find a way to drive AROUND speed bumps in a parking lot. *If you cannot drive your car in snow as the ground effects create a plow effect. |

Not that im an Expert, but i really dont think the civic with the GSR motor weighs 2780 lbs - stock civics only way 2100 lbs, and the GSR motor is only 75 lbs more than the stock civic engine (D16z6 in my case).

Ludicris??? I may not be the expert, but these guys are --Sport Compact car - The miserly VX weighs the lightest with a 2,094-lb curb weight, with the CX not far behind at 2,108 lbs, the DX at 2,178 lbs and the Si weighing a portly 2,390 lbs. (The DX Coupe, by comparison, weighs in at 2,234 lbs, with the EX Coupe at 2,390 lbs.) The VX and CX are plastered with less sound-deadening materials than the DX or especially the Si. Otherwise, the difference in weight has to do with lighter wheels on the VX, lack of air conditioning and, on the DX, additional small items like an adjustable steering column, and cargo cover, so by buying any of those three models with plans to modify them, you are starting out on fairly equal ground. --Sport Compact car Now, in case you think im lying, you can read it for yourself http://www.sportcompactcarweb.com/pr...cc_civicguide/ I'm not trying to argue, but i do not see how a 75 pound GSR motor and a 35 pound bottle of NAAAWWWWWSSSSS add over 300 pounds to the car. |
