I got a 87.5%

Risky - Nutrition, I need to eat more fruits and veggies. Or atleast take a bunch of vitamins.

I kinda knew this already.

Alcohol Use: Underage drinking -- RISKY
You have indicated that you are involved in underage drinking. There are multiple risks associated with this behavior. First of all, it is illegal. Second, under the influence young people often engage in activities that they wouldn't normally consider. Some of these activities such as driving under the influence can be fatal. Finally, alcohol has a much more damaging effect on the body of younger people than on older people even though younger people appear to throw off the effects of heavy drinking more easily.
it says if i get rid of that and eat 2 more servings of veggies a day i'll be in great health

81.5%...thats a hell of a lot better than I thought I'd get. How exactly it knew my BMI though I haven't figured out. But everything was good except activity and dietary fat were both "cautions". So I need to start exercising and stop eating so much fat and increase the fruits and veggies. Oh and it told me that I should start taking a butt load of vitamins since I'm a young woman in my "reproductive years" ...and to take Ginko to help better my memory. Odd thing, I bought Ginko but I NEVER remember to take it!!!!

That's about what I got. Bad diet, mostly. College diet, you know. Pizza, pizza, pizza, and soda with all three. But I take tons of vitamins, so I think my score should have been a little better.

Did you forget to mention how much you drink. lol *jfwy*

I have Ginko Biloba.. I seriously can not remember to take it!

It calculates your BMI from your height and weight. This isnt completely accurate, because if you have a larger frame or a lot of muscles your not fat.

The only problem is that the flour (like the pizza dough) will actually stick in you intestines causing your body not to beable to absorb the nutrients from the vitamins. So it kinda defeats the purpose.

Honestly though. White enriched flour is like glue! take a little flour put it in a bowl and mix it with some water and tell me what happens.. It will make a paste type of material.

Its not very good for you. Thats why its good to eat whole grain breads and such. Brown foods such as brown rice, whole wheat bread, etc is a lot better for you then white rice, white bread, etc. White stuff has been bleached and most of its nutrients have been removed..

Just some food for thought... (excuse the pun)

so maybe the low % was just you not reading questions... my body rids its self of toxins(fat. cholesteral etc.) very well... hence me eating like a stoned monkey but never gaining a lb or loosing my muscle tone.

Too bad they don't make pizza out of that stuff! Or at least not in the deep, dark corner of the world I live in. Oh well, if it doesn't kill you...it makes you stronger! Yeah, that is a valid excuse. I think...

Your LifeScore is 47.8%.

Your LifeScore takes into account all of the following items: activity, nutrition, dietary fat, alcohol, smoking and BMI. If one of the areas was not answered, your score will be underestimated. Your score suggests that out of everything that you could do to maintain your health you are about 47.8% of the way there.

LIFESTYLE ASSESSMENT
Activity Below average: Risky

Nutrition Below average: Risky

Dietary Fat Above average intake: Risky

Alcohol Minimal use: Healthy

Smoking Moderately heavy smoker. 2 pack years: Risky

BMI Your body mass index is 23.6: Healthy
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
damn...I need to do something to change my lifestyle...that's horrible

Your LifeScore is 66.0% Hmmm....I think it's beacuse I put alcohol and even though I put it to a minimum...it says it's beacuse I'm underaged. I drink a bit...but only like once a week or so. So it's no where near what they ahve there...

LIFESTYLE ASSESSMENT
Activity Average: Caution

Nutrition Above average: Healthy

Dietary Fat Average intake: Caution

Alcohol Underage use: Risky

Smoking Non-smoker: Healthy

I doubt it was just the alcohol that influenced it.
