Price is right?

So there is this Red 1990 240sx SE for sale for $2500, i really like the way they look and this one is no different. It has minimal rust under the wheel well, its stick, and it only has 109,000 miles on it. The body and interior look perfect. Does 2500 seem about the right price for it??? Im not exactly sure what them cars run for, seeing how i dont see too many of them.

The price quote above for 1,725 is for fair condition and thats a low rate, the 2,575 is for good condition and that is an average price.

Anyone know any good sites to look at statistics of cars and what not?

If it had a lot of Type R stickers on it I probably would. Then I could go out and race people for pink slips, oh yeah...and respect.

Oh '87 integra, I am a fan of consumers guide auto ratings. This link should get you where you would want to go if you want to check them out: http://auto.consumerguide.com/auto/used/

There is actually 2 for sale, a 1990 and a 1991. The '90 is rated at 140 hp and the '91 that is for sale is rated at 155 hp, if im not mistaken and read the website right. But the '91 has really bad tires and the clutch is going out, also it cost 1,300 more and it has 11,000 more miles on it. Would the extra 15 horses be worth it or should i just spend that money on aftermarket parts?

As i said above, there was a 240 for sale. Well i ended up buying it, and i talked the guy down to $1900. I really like the car and its fun to drive. Does that price still sound to high for the car?

I don't think it sounds like a bad price. Did you get the 90 or 91? You should post some pictures if you get the chance

i ended up getting the 90 because it was alot lower of price ands it had some really good pirelli tires on it, also the insurance wont go up all that much, about $25 more., which i think is worth it. My friend has a cam so i might take some pictures with it and post them later.
