Fuel Pressure Setting

One of my buddy's has a civic with a JDM GSR motor. He has a short ram intake, 4-1 header, and cat back exhaust. The motor came with an adjustable fuel pressure regulator. 2 questions 1) What's the fuel pressure reading on a stock GSR, and 2) what is a good setting for the mods he has. I know it would be best to tune on a dyno, but any suggestions you guys might have would be greatly appreciated. Thanx guys.

Those mods will not do anything significant. Stay at 40 psi. My JDM ITR motor is at that.....
