'03 CL-S tranny swap to a '02 V6 Accord Coupe

This is a strech I realize but I was wondering if it was possible since both cars are on the same platform. How close are the engines? I realize the CL-S V6 has alot more power (as a side note..could replace the engine and tranny...now were talking bucks$$$$), but I don't know if that would affect performance. In addition, If we get a 6spd in the 03 V6 Accord Coupe, is it likely you could swap it into the 03 V6 Accord Sedan? Who do you have to kill at Honda to get a manual tranny? Hell, you don't have to ship it over, but al least let us order it if we want it.
