n00b here

hey guys. I just bought a new deck off ebay...alpine cda-7874...how much should i expect an autobody shop to install it for? or if i do it myself..how much will the parts be? and what parts will be needed?? only thing i know is a wiring harness for my car...don't even know the price of that...haha i'm a n00b..sorry

Go to a stereo shop, not a body shop. Tell them you need a harness for your car for the Alpine. You can then literally just unplug everything from your stock deck and plug in the new deck with the harness.

Parts are usually $15 for dash and $15 for harness. $10 for antenna adpt if needed. It's pretty easy to do it yourself. Places usually charge $35-$50 for labor.
