Im about to order wheel/tire package that come with low profile high performance tires (205/40/17) I was wondering if I would be able to go 130mph with these tires.

I can also upgrade to z-rated tires for 39.99 but is it really worth it? and will it handle better at higher speed?

Thanks for any help guys. Please respond asap because I am planning to order the tires soon.
