crx and civic?
the crx came with a 1.5L non-vtec or 1.6L SOHC vtec, correct? then does the '00-'02 civic coupes come with v-tec? i know the dx has a 1.7L SOHC, but how about the lx and ex?

01+ civic lx has a 1.7l sohc like the dx, the 01+ ex has a 1.7l sohc vtec. 00 civics had a 1.6l, either vtec or not. ex's came w/ vtec, lx/dx didn't.

the best crx in the us only came with a 1.6 sohc, mpfi. the Si.
or are you thinking the crx is a del sol (debatable). in that case then yes it came with vtec. no 4th gen civics came with vtec from the factory in the us...i think. |

I addition.. Even though the CRX SI doesnt have VTEC, its still a peppy little car.. VTEC isnt the end all..

I didnt mean to say vtec was the end all. I'm just saying only the jdm and maybe the edm civics crxs got a vtec engine. our usdms are still real quick.
personally id take a b18 nonvtec over a b16 with vtec any day. |
