B20a1Vtec hybrid

ok, well heres my plan. im buying a 89 prelude 2.0s with 120K miles on it. im also getting a B16a2 head. the valves are bent. so im going to built the head. PnP and new valves retainters ect.

the prelude has a small slip in the tranny. itll slip time to time. very rare. so i plan to build the tranny or replace clutch.

but now the Qs.
1. has anyone heard of this being done?
2. is the B20a1 a good motor to use?
3. i heard it has bad rod lentgh ratio, is that true?
4. how hard will be to swap the heads?
5. should i use a different head?
6. what the different between ITR and CTR heads?
7. should i waste my money on this or boost the B20a1?
8. what would you do?

NO i herd it wont work. its a different b-serise, or its an extremely weak block... i cant remeber exactly but theres a reason why it is either not possible or not a good idea.
