need help removing front bumper

i have a 02 sedan i took out all the screws and clips but the front grill is attached to a metal bar how the hell are u suppose to take it off anyone know?

First, make sure that you removed all screws and clips (like you said) including the ones in the fender wells.
The 2nd part is kind of hard to explain, but lift from the bottom and pull out slightly. Kind of roll it off of the front... Actually, lemme go take a pic of the front end and do a quick diagram... If this doesn't work, give it a little wiggle and see if it pops off. There should also be a styrofoam "buffer" between the bumper and the metal brace you mentioned. Hope this helps.
