Heatshield
My back heatsheild on my exhaust piping fell off. My car is lowered 2 inches with progress springs, that and rusty bolts made 3 bolts pop off, i ripped it off. Do i really need this peice of scrap metal, or can i go without it?????

doesn't matter they are there to absorb and displace heat from your exhaust system to prevent leaves and shit from lighting on fire underneith your car and kind of to reduce the amount of heat transfered to the floor of your car.

yeah so if a leaf gets under your car...FIREBALL!! No of course thats not gonna happen...unless you drive through a whole pile of them. Whatever heat shield it was, that part of the car (trunk/center console/whatever) is gonna be a slight bit warmer, thats about it. No harm done. Hell if you want, concider it a body lightening mod...of course the shield weighs in at less than a lb...
