suspension lube

hi,
I was trying to read up online about lubing my suspension and I could not really find anything that tells me where I need to lube. All i found was "lube the chasis and suspension" thats the most detail i could find.
i have a 1990 integra gs and i was wondering if anyone knew of a website that I can check out so that I can find where to lube the suspension. (or if you could tell me)
also, what is the best kind of lubricant for this task? like brand of grease and type of grease.
