88 2.0 engine ?s

i currently race an 88 accord LXI with fuel injection. i found an 88 carburated car, and was wondering if i have to switch motors, are the heads the same for both? can i just put the int. / exh. manifolds on the carbed engine? and the really big one, what would be the easiest way to put the fuel inj. motor in the other car? my car is all bent, but the motor is great, the other car is great, but the carbbed motor and auto trans just wont cut it for circle track racing. its the fastest car on the track, want to keep it that way.
