You have a D16Y7; greddy's kit was meant for for a d16z6 (92-95 Civic EX). BUT this kit will work for your motor.

you might want to get an EX intake manifold, though, which makes modding the charge piping easier since your car has the verticle throttle body. but everything will bolt up fine. the blue box (Fuel Control Unit ... FCU that greddy supplies to control fuel delivery and timing) will need to be rewired to make it adapt to an OBDII ECU since it was originally intended for OBDI.

I run this kit on my D16Y8 (96-2000 EX). i like it a lot though i wish it came a little more complete.

It will install on your non-VTEC motor the exact same way as it would on a VTEC motor.

it's a bolt-on affair, but if you haven't done it before, have a helping friend assist you. if you want a shop to do it, they usually charge around $700 plus another $100+ to do the BOV and maybe $150+ for the intercooler. i had a shop install my turbo kit/BOV/intercooler for $700 out the door ... good hook-ups.

Trabbadoor: If you're new to modding, don't have a lot of mechanical know how, and aren't really sure what to do, the GReedy kit is a good start. If it was the other way around, you could custom build and install your own setup for about half the price. GReedy makes some great kits and they are very friendly. Give them a call and they should be able to help you with all your needs.
