chiller

Has anybody ever removed their a/c before? I think i may have to once i turbo. Even if i do get a new fan for the a/c radiator and put it on the front, i don't think my setup will clear the a/c pump. So does anybody know how hard it would be to remove the whole thing? just curious

what manifold and turbo setup are you planning on using?
There are lots of a/c compatible manifolds (if youre looking for equal length -> Full Race)

true, i've already settled on a garrett t3 super 60 that is internally wastegated .48/.60, and i'm not sure what i'm going to do for a turbo manifold. Need to find something nice but relativley inexpensive...

Most log style turbo manifold for SOHC are A/C compatible. Log style is not that bad on your Y8. Your spool time will be quicker due to short runners. Look into maxrev manifolds or go to HMT. There is always somebody selling a log style manifold there..
