anyone know how much.....

i was looking in the classifieds and found that theres a 92 prelude for $1200 and its like 10 minutes from my house. the only problem its says it has is that it needs new rod bearings, anyone have an idea of what that would cost to fix?

a lot and the engine might have a lot more damage to it than rod bearings. if thebody is ion good shape you could pick an engine up for cheap

I would not do it I have a 85 that needs new rod berings and would end up caosting me ether $1200 for a new engine or $800 for the bering work.
