Me vs. a Civic
I never post in here but I figured I would this time. Anyway, I driving back to my apartment from dropping my gf off. I come up to a light and a '97 ish Civic Ex pulls up next to me...no exhaust, no rims, nothing but a stock Civic coupe. The light turns green and I take off normal and shift into 2nd at 15 or 20 mph when I hear this douche bag's engine start to wind. So, I got on it and shifted into 2nd at 45-50, 3rd at 85ish, and 4th at 110 before I shut it down....so while I was in 2nd, he was at my bumper, 3rd he was about 3 car lengths behind, 4th he was in the county behind me.....I don't understand why people want to race when they don't have shit to back themselves up with.........

i know why people do. to see what they got. i do it sometimes. just to say hey i raced a 04 STi and lost by so much. plus it gives me goals. makes me want to make my car faster. so next time i dont lose or barely lose.

at least he can say he pimped a civic. i dont give credit to people who say "my civic runs 10s or lower" when its powered by a prelude or integra motor.

Yea i have been to, back when i was like 16 and got my liscense well now im 19 but anyways i used to go with vettes and every thing else just to see what i can do and what i needed to do to build my car up sounds stupid but u never know..Now i really dont care cause im at 14 seconds and dont care cause im close to times with most vehicles out there...Good job on letting him know hes slow...later

geez, haha, i dunno. i usually just call a guy with a civic like that a ricer. a true ricer actually. he's the kind of guy who would choose a civic with dual can exhaust over a lamborghini. haha, a kind of ricer who would race a z06 and think he is going to win because he just put 102 octane fuel into his stock car. haha.
this kill cracked me up, sometimes ill go out in the night and search for a civic like you mentioned just to shut him up. |
