yeah, but that thread was crappy, too much about removing the AC and PS, i want to know what ome other ways are.

That thread explained pretty much everything.
1) Remove weight 2) Remove things that add parasitic drag 3) Not too much else is free!

cam gear, camshaft, nitrous. things arent very cheap.
