I wrote a how-to in the step-by-step section
aftermarket headlights are crap and will leak on him. oem is the best and if you want some jdm ctr head over to passwordjdm or options auto |

I blackhoused my friends headlights on his 2k1 civic, all you need is a heatgun and warm up the edges so the glue melts and pull it apart, carful not to melt the headlight. spray whatever, then either use caulk or we used a urethane sealer. pretty easy.

dont bother, just get a nice set of bulbs. I have yet to see ANY personally/shop installed lights that actually looked good on a car.

I have jdm lights now.
But in the past I baked them, separated, removed crap I didnt want, put back together. You can spray whatever you want w/ duplicolor paint (gunmetal) while the housings are apart. |

Theyre sir headlights, so no gunmetal - theyre just clear and have city lights and no stupid reflector around the main bulb.
I paid $200 off someone @ h-t Theyre $250 @ passwordjdm (only people that sell them as far as I know) |
