Ok, Ive had it...help me!

Like 3 days ago my fog bulbs died so I replaced them. As soon as I did that I started blowing the fuse for it. Absolutely nothing is different (bulbs are the same wattage and everything).
Im blowing 25's like firecrackers!

Also, every monday my battery is drained down to near zero. I cant find an obvious drain and it has seemed to happen all on its own.

Im really close to just giving up and taking it in to this little ancient japanese guy that works at a sunoco garage. I frickin hate electrical...

you got yourself a hot wire touching metal somewhere to be popping fuses.

i had that problem a week or so ago.

Dude, my EJ8 and a friend's EM2 were doing the same thing where the battery drains. I wasnt poping light bulbs tho. Come to find out, our aftermarket alarm system was the source. It was just old. If you dont have an aftermarket alarm system, try checking for current draw.

Ah...forgot about this thread!

Yep, positive was touching the ground terminal, inside the fog housing (doh!) Got it all fixed up!

As far as the battery draining goes... Yeah, its an aftermarket alarm, but Ive had it about a yr now and the draining has only just started recently. Maybe I was just driving more often in the past...
Weird thing is, I drove the car on saturday, and sunday it was dead again... I looked at the battery and there was f*cking frost on the outside of the case (meaning the damn water inside was frozen!) I replaced it with my optima for winter and recharged it. If the optima goes bad, I know its an alternator issue........

my optima just died recently out of no where, I tested it with my meter and it said 12.7V a full charge, but this was a fucking rock no power what so ever, it was really weird
I returned it and just got a regular lead acid battery, and the price difference back

ok update
My alternator puts out the 14.x volts, so theres an issue down
I havent had the issue at all while using my optima since I swapped it in the last time.
The duralast (recharged) is holding steady at 12v just sitting there on a shelf.

Im at a loss...but, since nothing has happened since 11/29, Im saying its "magically disappeared"
