Neon trouble

Wasnt sure if this was the rite board but i am having trouble with my streetglow underbody neon kit. Had it installed and now the front and the left tubes are fine but the right only lites up half and the back doesnt at all. I think it is the condensation but how would i fix condensation from getting in?

be sure to get out the condensation already in there before you seal.. either let dry in heat or you could try a hair dryer... had to do that with my corners before i sealed.
