D16 Mini Me and N/A Head Gasket

I am doing a mini-me swap on my D15B7 Engine and want to keep the engine N/A. I don't want to spend GOD AWFUL ammounts on money on this engine as I will be swapping it out soon for an H23A Vtec out of the Accord Euro R. But in the meantime, I want to have a little fun on this little engine and keep it N/A, no forced air.
1.)My first question is, does anyone know the thickness of the D15B7 or D16Z6/Y8 head gasket??????
2.)Does anyone know what the best head gasket is to raise compression and where I can find one, preferrably wholesale?
3.)Has anyone had their engine dynoed with a SOHC Non-Vtec, with a Cam Gear, Fuel regulator, and etc, and are willing to share their settings?

Thanks in advance!!!

If you're swapping a H23 in later, I'd just wait. There's no sense in spending money on a motor that's gettting replaced.

i'd just wait. and i wouldn't put a h23 in a civic. too much work and the handling will be like crap, unless your car will be used only for drag racing

Thanks for the advice guys :-). I own my own preformance company(RMCE PERFORMANCE), so I pay only cost for the upgrades/mods and have sold them for profit on Ebay once I have used them and replaced them with other upgrades. I don't feel it will be a waste of money as I will also be educating myself as well. There really is no price tag on that.

The H23A is something I am importing from a supplier of mine out of Malaysia. I have been researching the engine and the swap into a Civic for about 2 years now and the only thing I can see wrong with the swap other than how hard it going to be to install, is the understear that is associated with the swap. This however can be fixed with the proper suspension and proper tuning. There are so many axles on the market now that are made for this specific swap and the motor mounts have evolved as well in conjunction. I know the handling will be a little different and I have driven a civic with an H22A swap as well and it seemed fine. I didn't notice the understear and the fact that it had a LSD helped a lot in the torque stear dept. Good thing there have been many people out there who have made all the mistakes already in which the rest of us can learn from. Thanks again!
