fuel pump help

so i have everything done on my swap, except my fuel pressure isnt building up. im pretty sure its something with the fuel pump, but my awsome chiltons manual isnt telling me crap about a fuel pump, shit as far as they know i dont even have one. any ideas on what to check and where? ive got a multimeter so im thinking of ohm testing the wires once i find them...

hmmm, did u disconect the wires or anything ? take off your back seat and it should be under there somewhere in the middle (in the trunk) or right next to the backseat on the passanger side (accord). it should be masked off with a silver plate (both of my cars) and should have 3 wires to it.

ahh ok i thought that was it but it was too much of a pain to get to just to check. also are there fuses or a wiring harness on the engine bay harness that could be it?

umm the chilton's manual says there is a fuse but i could not find any on any of the cars. the harness from what i have seen runs from the ecu to the fuel pump.
