Has anyone on here had experience with these systems? are they overall pretty good? and what does it cost for install on something like that? thanks!

The GReddy kit for the Si and Teg are both TD05h-18g. It is a quick spool turbo and very streetable. It is also street legal. There are so many companies out there who has a turbo kit for your car. To name a few:
REVHARD
FMAX
DRAG

My personal favorite for your DOHC VTEC is the REVHARD KIT.
