Yea... Transmissions.

So my bike has been stuttering in 2nd gear above 7k rpms, so i just shift early and deal with it. I took it to my mechanic and had him look at it. Minimum investment to even determine what's wrong with it is going to be $400 for the labor and $100 for the gaskets needed to reassemble. My luck the entire thing will be shot and a new tranny is more then what the bike is worth.

So he told me to just skip 2nd gear and go directly into 3rd. Think I'm gonna sell it and put that, w/ my tax money, towards getting the civic back up and running, then just ride that into the ground.

YEA TRANSMISSIONS!!
