i was gonna do the same on mine and so many complains that i have heard and it's too expensive. i think u would be better off with a b18c1 swap.

i can't afford a swap...i was just wondering about it, i already have a b18b...that'll be good enough for me...

It's cheaper to swap than to do an LS/VTEC right, and WAY cheaper (in the long run) than doing LS/VTEC wrong. You can pick up B16As for cheap and bore tham out to 84 mm for 1.7L and have a 1.74:1 rod ratio. My pick is still a stock B18C bored to 84mm (1933cc).

I think CTR pistons/rods/and crank will fit into a B18 no problem - at least, thats what i have heard on Hondaswap.com.

If thats the case, what a great way to help out the DOHC nonvtec
