Dragon Ball Gt... Wtf?!?
Man, exactly how many people here like Dragonball Z?? I thought I was the only guy 21 years old that likes this show but I see a lot of people's pictures of DBZ... But anyway, does anyone here actually like the new DBGT episodes that just came out? I think they're stupid.. Goku a little kid? Trunks wearing.. well... trunks?? Man, this does not look like GT has a bright future with 02_Si..

Actually, the guy who made Z is not the same guy that made GT that's why it skips a bunch of shiz... but if you think about it, all of GT's bad guys are almost exactly like Z... Dr Miu = Dr. Gero, they even look alike.... Baby = Cell, both Dr's created them the same way ... Super android 17= Android 17 x 2... Baby Vegeta= Majin vegeta, someone takes over Vegeta again?!? Come on already, that's old... yah, GT is no good.

I hate DBZ - j/k. Anyways, GT did terrible in Japan, and there are only 65 episodes. The worst part is that Vegeta has this stupid mustache untill episode 25 or so. Is DBGT aring on Cartoon Network yet? |

DBZ kicks ass, as does Dragonball.
I haven't seen any GT yet, not having TV and all....I've been excited about the chance to see some of it. Is it on Cartoon Network or some other channel? It does get a little annoying how a 2-minute battle takes 8 episodes of "AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" while powering up to actually get through the story......but still a good show. b |

GT DUMB?!?! F*** NO! Its really really sweet. After the get the dark star dragonballs back on earth it gets really badass...more action than any part of dbz...I mean constant...but it still retains a good story line...not just random pointless fighting. I absolutely love the gt series, even though it wasnt done by toiyama.
I cant wait for the whole thing to come out on boxset dvd...but until then I watch it on the computer in poor quality (some even in vietnamese) Oh yeah...the best part is when Goku fights Cell AND Freezer in hell (yeah I call him that...its his name...not frieza) EDIT**I want to make a point that I didnt jump on the bandwagon a few yrs ago like lots of people. I have been a dragonball loser for about 12yrs when I went to an anime shop and watched an import when it was still on in Japan. So take that you "so-called fans" LOL |

Dragon Ball, Z, GT has been around since the 80's... I think the end of Z ended in '89 if I remember correctly

z ended later than that...1989 was when "Dead Zone" came out...so thats like the begining of the z saga.
PLUS the manga was out way before that (of which I owned all) DragonBall GT officially ended in November of '97 with a made for tv movie (Which wasnt very good...except for the fact that Goku and Vegeta are reborn and fight in that yrs Budokai) 1995 was when Dragonball was first brought to the US on Fox kids sunday morning. This didnt fair too well and eventually the show was dropped. Later when fox was officially changed over to UPN, DBZ started up and the popularity went through the roof and it was even featured in TV Guide. |

True that - I like the very last saga as well - when its Goku, Vegeta, Satan, Buu (fatso), and that rediculous Kabito-Kai. |

buu saga was ruined by all that goofiness...stupid gotenks... But Satan was always the man...in Cell games too. but I REALLY hate how they changed his name to "Hercule" for America...what a disgrace (yeah I know it probably woulda caught a lotta flack for a cartoon shouting "SATAN SATAN SATAN"...lots of angry parents on that one lol Im a big fan of Fat Buu too |
