Do i have too many kms?

Hey i am kind of embarassed to ask this question because my car has ALOT of kms on it. My car has almost 294000kms on it. But it had a new engine put in with on ly 115000kms. So the engine probably has around 120000kms on it but alot of the other crap has 294000kms. My question is, would it be completely worthless and pointless to put on a Cold air intake, headers and exhaust??
p.s. it's running great and i haven't had to put any money into keeping it running.

Keep in mind that breathing modifications are not going to hurt your engine, so the mileage doesn't really matter. In terms of "is it worth it" questions, that's totally up to you and the value you extract from your car. I think you should go ahead and do it!
