JOined about 2 days ago ( I think)

Hey whassup. I joined HStuners about two day ago. I would ave introduced myself sooner, but I'm kinda in the middle of an engine swap (not too much time to talk). I have a '91 CRX DX and an "89 CRX Si. The Si got wrecked about three weeks ago and I'm taking the engine, tranny and drive axles from it and putting them into the DX. It's a temp fix till I get the cash to grab a B16 or B18. Any help you guys have would b greatly appreciated. Us navy computer folk don't get the chance to tweak on rides too often. I'm kinda learning as I go. Here area few pics as of yesterday. It's already evolved a little more since then. I got a body kit on the way so I removed the sideskirts and rear apron today. the engine is also missin a few more pieces. If anybody need any D15 parts let me know before I toss them. Later..........

Not too bad

So far, everything is going pretty smooth. And I have never done any project close to this major. Right now the only thing holding the DX engine in is the roll pin on the shift rod. I haven't exactly been going in any order with this swap. Removed the ECU, steering wheel and instrument cluster on Saturday. I'm thinking that pulling the SI engine out will be a snap compared to the DX. Has anyone ever heard of using the the old wire harness from the DX instead of replacing it with the SI? Hopefully my body kit will show up sometime this week. That should be a snap compared to pulling 2 engines! Will probabyl be parting out the 89 CRX Si. If anyone is looking for stuff let me know.
